Thank you for choosing SievePro.shop. This refund policy applies to all products purchased through this website. Please read the following carefully. Placing an order signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
- Refund Eligibility Circumstances
You are eligible for a refund only in the following circumstances:
Products meeting return conditions: Unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and with all packaging and accessories intact, within 30 days of receipt.
Incorrect shipment, damage, or quality issues caused by our responsibility: Receiving goods that do not match the order, or obvious damage during transportation, or manufacturing defects (such as cracked filter bottles or leaking connectors).
Order cancellation: If we accept your cancellation request before shipment (during clearance sales, some orders may not be cancelable due to real-time inventory changes; please consult customer service for details).
- Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
Opened or installed filter cartridges (unless rendered unusable due to manufacturing defects).
Filter cartridges becoming clogged quickly or failing to meet filtration expectations due to water quality, water pressure, or other factors (the removal rate clearly stated in the product description is for reference only; actual results are affected by the quality of the source water).
Leaks or breakage caused by human error or improper installation.
Return requests exceeding the 30-day return period.
Refund requests for clearance items due to subjective reasons such as “I don’t like it,” “I bought the wrong item,” or “price fluctuations.”
- Refund Application Process
Contact Customer Service: Send an email to Cathy@sievepro.shop or call 3603200749, providing your order number, reason for the refund request, and relevant photos/videos (if involving damage or incorrect delivery).
Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA): After customer service review, if the refund conditions are met, you will be provided with an RMA number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Recommended to Keep Tracking Documents: We recommend using a trackable mail service and keeping the tracking number. SievePro is not responsible for lost items during return shipping.
- Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will initiate a refund within 3 days.
The refund will be returned to your original payment account (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The exact processing time depends on your issuing bank or payment platform and typically takes 3-7 business days.
The refund amount will be the actual amount paid for the item (excluding original shipping costs). For refunds due to our responsibility, we will also refund the corresponding shipping cost for the item (calculated proportionally).
- Partial Refund Policy
If returned goods are missing accessories or have damaged packaging but do not affect resale, we may deduct a partial fee (up to 20% of the item’s value).
Clearance items are sold at a loss and are not eligible for any price difference compensation or price protection.
- Special Clearance Notes
Due to our ongoing losses, all items are being cleared out at a loss-making price. However, we still legally guarantee refund requests that meet the conditions. Refund processing time (within 3 days) is not affected by the clearance sale.
