CARRIAGE TERMS

I. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed and handed over to the logistics company on the same day.

Order processing includes: picking, packing, printing shipping labels, and scanning for shipment. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number upon completion.

II. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping Time: Delivery within 2 days from the date of pickup by the logistics company (for addresses in the 48 contiguous states within the United States only). This does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas territories.

Please Note: 2 days is the estimated shipping time. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, or temporary scheduling by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx). We are not liable for losses caused by shipping delays.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not reduced during clearance sales and will be charged according to the amount shown on the checkout page.

III. Return Policy

Return Period: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt (inclusive).

Applicable Conditions:

Only unused, uninstalled, undamaged items with complete packaging and accessories are eligible.

Filter cartridges are not eligible for return if the outer packaging has been opened.

Clearance Sale Special Note: As the seller is currently clearing out stock at a loss, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs (original order shipping costs are non-refundable). We still guarantee your 30-day return right in accordance with the law, but we hope you understand the difficulties during the clearance sale.

Return Process:

Contact customer service Cathy Casey (Cathy@sievepro.shop or 3603200749) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Return the item along with its original packaging, accessories, and RMA number to: 6132 Mame Ct, Citrus Heights, CA 95621.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any loss during the return process.

IV. Refund Arrival Time
After receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the return conditions, we will initiate a refund within 3 days.

The refund will be returned to your original payment account (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The exact processing time depends on your issuing bank or payment platform, typically taking 3-7 business days. We promise to complete our store’s processing within 3 days.

The refund amount is the purchase price of the goods (excluding original shipping costs). Clearance items will be refunded at the actual transaction price in full, with no additional compensation.

V. Exceptions Wrong shipment/damage/quality issues: If the issue is due to our responsibility, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs, and we will arrange for a reshipment or a full refund (including original shipping costs) within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.

Not eligible for return: Products that have been installed, cleaned, damaged by human error, or whose filter cartridges clog too quickly due to water quality issues.
