  1. How often should I replace your filter cartridges?

The replacement cycle varies depending on the type of filter cartridge. Generally:

PP cotton sediment filter cartridge: 3-6 months

Activated carbon filter cartridge: 6 months

Ultrafiltration membrane (UF): 12-24 months Please refer to the product description page for details. Replace the cartridge promptly if the water flow rate noticeably decreases or the taste deteriorates.

  1. Is shipping included? How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is not included for any items during the clearance sale. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address (48 states within the US). Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and overseas is currently unavailable.

  1. How long does it take for my order to ship after I place it?

We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Due to potentially high order volume during the clearance sale, some orders may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number after shipment.

  1. Do you support returns or exchanges?

Due to ongoing losses, all clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable without a reason. After-sales service is only available in the following situations:

If the item was damaged, incorrectly shipped, or unusable upon receipt (please contact customer service and provide photos/videos within 7 days of signing for the package).

Manufacturing defects (such as cracked filter bottles or leaking connectors).

Eligible customers can exchange for the same model or receive a full refund.

  1. What substances can your filters remove?

Depending on the model, they can effectively reduce: residual chlorine, sediment, rust, suspended solids, some heavy metals, odors, etc. Please note: Ordinary water purifiers cannot filter dissolved salts, viruses, or reduce TDS levels. For pure water, please choose a reverse osmosis (RO) model. Specific removal rates are subject to product testing reports.

  1. How to install? Do I need a professional?

Most products are designed for DIY quick-connect installation and come with detailed instructions and video tutorials. If you are unfamiliar with plumbing, it is recommended to have a professional plumber install the product to avoid leaks.

  1. Which logistics company do you use?

We usually use USPS, UPS, or FedEx, automatically selected based on your address and package weight. For lost or delayed packages, please contact the logistics company directly; we can assist with inquiries.
